2026-10-08The Jaffna Clock Tower is a slender white landmark built in the late 19th century to honour a royal visit. It stands in the heart of the town and has long been a favourite meeting point and photo stop, especially in the soft light of early morning or late afternoon.
From Ratnagiri Heritage Home Stay it is about a 13-minute drive, roughly 5.7 km. It makes a natural starting point for a short walk that takes in the Jaffna Public Library and the Archaeological Museum nearby.
