KKS Beach

KKS Beach, near Kankesanthurai, is one of the peninsula’s most relaxed stretches of coast, with soft sand, turquoise water and traditional fishing boats pulled up along the shore. It is a place to walk, sit and watch the light change, and the sunsets draw locals and visitors alike.

The beach is about a 26-minute drive, roughly 14.5 km, from Ratnagiri Heritage Home Stay. Sea conditions can vary and facilities are limited, so take care when swimming, bring water and dress modestly, as this is a community beach rather than a resort strip.
