Maruthanarmadam Anjaneyar Kovil

The Maruthanarmadam Anjaneyar Kovil, also known as the Hanuman Temple, is easy to spot thanks to its towering 72-foot statue of Hanuman, built in the early 2000s and visible from some distance as you approach. It is a lively, colourful place, popular with families and pilgrims.

The temple is about an 8-minute drive, roughly 4.0 km, from Ratnagiri Heritage Home Stay, which makes it one of the closest sights to the house. Dress modestly, remove your footwear and ask before photographing inside the inner shrines.
